ScreenDance Laboratory Celebrates the Premiere of "Into the Forest" at the Artists Salon

The visually stunning short film "Into the Forest," directed by Sarah Eva Manson and starring the captivating Böjin Manson Orgil, has been officially selected for a premiere at the distinguished Wicklow ScreenDance Laboratory 2024. The film, which beautifully captures the essence of a child's unadulterated joy and presence within nature, will make its debut at the prestigious Artist Salon on Thursday, March 28th.

The Wicklow ScreenDance Laboratory (WSL) is proud to present "Into the Forest" as part of its dynamic week-long event from March 23rd to 28th, which explores the interplay between the art of dance and the medium of film. The festival culminates with the Artist Salon, a beloved and anticipated feature that showcases a blend of film, dance, interactive discussion, and commentary.

Set against the backdrop of Ireland's serene woodlands, "Into the Forest" invites audiences to follow Böjin Manson Orgil in her mesmerizing dance through the wilderness. The film is more than just a visual treat; it is a heartfelt reminder of the liberating power of nature and a call to rediscover our innate capacity for playfulness and being present in the moment.

Join us for an evening of artistic exploration at the WSL: Live/Forum, located at Spotlight Studios, The Anchorage, Wicklow Town, from 19:00 – 21:00.
