Spotlight Studios has made an extraordinary splash at Ireland's Young Filmmaker of the Year National Final Screening & Awards 2024, earning finalist spots in both the junior and senior categories. The Filmmaking Class's emotive piece "Sad," led by Sarah Eva Manson, captivated the junior category, while the Elite Squad's "We Are The Forest," under the stewardship of founder Kerry Smith and captured by Dylan Troy, enchanted in the senior section. The achievements will be celebrated in a televised ceremony on RTÉ 2, April 29th at 7pm, marking a significant milestone for the studio and its talented young filmmakers.
