Wicklow Forest Bathing

In April 2021 I started a journey to become a Forest Bathing Guide with the eco-tourism training programme initiative set up by Eco Wellness Consulting and County Wicklow Partnership.

The last Friday in October saw 12 of us graduate as fully certified forest bathing guides. We received our certificates from Eco Wellness Consulting and Nádúr, Centre for Integrative Forest Therapy and officially launched Wicklow Forest Bathing.

With a background in the fine arts, I will bring you on a gentle guided walk through a forest in Wicklow, inviting you to slow down, disconnect from devices and reconnect with nature enveloping all our senses.
